YHC arrived at the AO with 2 pages of beatdown instructions but decided toss the plan and mix it up a little to avoid any major patterns. According to my list we managed to cover a little bit of everything. The biggest challenge would be to remember the exercises for this backblast 3 days after it was supposed to be posted( never done that before). Only those pax present will ever know.
