When I signed up for this Q, I didn’t realize #WaveRucker would kill us all the day before.  But, work had to be done, so off YHC went along with 6 other studs.  T-Claps to everyone who posted, and extra ones to Billboard and Lombardi who came back after yesterday – if they felt anything like I did (and apparently, Weedeater, Geno, Bling, High Interest, and Valvano did as they chose the #fartsack), this was a tough push!

1st round – Upper body PUMP
Start in the center; run to a corner; do 10 reps of exercise; Run back to center; do 5 burpees; next corner; exercise; center; burpees; etc etc

  • CDD’s
  • Diamond Merkins
  • Wide Arm Merkins

5 Burpees together

2nd round – Legs
Same pattern – center this time was 10 jump squats
Exercises:

  • Squats
  • Reverse lunges (5 each leg)
  • Prisoner Squats
  • Sumo squats

10 Jump Squats together

3rd round – Core
Same pattern – center this time was 5 Turkish Getups or 10 Heels to Heaven – PAX choice
Exercises:

  • LBCs
  • BBSU’s
  • Flutters (2 count)
  • American Hammers (2 count)
