It was finally time for me to jump in a Q. Nerves were high as my VQ loomed over my head. 5 PAXs (including me) were present for my first ever beat down.

71 degrees overcast with lightning flashing in the distance

5 Burpees (OYO)
25 Windmills (IC)
5 Burpees (OYO)
25 TTT (IC)
5 Burpees (OYO)
25 Forward / Backward Arm Circles (IC)
5 Burpees (OYO)
Mosey around church

THE THANG:

25 BBSU
10 Burpees
25 Flutter Kicks
10 Carolina Dry Docks
25 American Hammers
10 Merkins
Mosey to end of shops
Do AMRAP for 25 minutes

When time is called stop everything and sprint to a curb and do following:
Rocky Balboas for 1 min
15 sec rest
Rocky Balboas for 45 secs
15 sec rest
Rocky Balboas for 30 sec
15 sec rest
Rocky Balboas for 15 secs

Mosey back to location of COP

Circle up for Squat Wave
Start with 1 squat and hold Al Gore while others do squat
Go all the way up to 10

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Bluegrass announced that shirt order for original F3 Grandstrand with Tridents would likely be closed early next week so Saturday would be last time to turn in money.
Bluegrass and Hoedown will do practice run of Snotwoggler that will be held in Manning on September 23
Manning launch is this Saturday August 26, be in prayer for that
