YHC advised the PAX that I created this workout with the intent of doing something a little different from the normal SSH, TTT, IW, etc that we do regularly at Blackbeard’s. So, all the exercises picked for the COP and Mary were exercises (or variations of exercises) I have never done before and some were sure to be crowd pleasers.
COP:
Seal Jacks x25 IC
Hand release Burpees x5 OYO
Imperial Squat Walkers 4 ct x15 IC
Broad Jump Burpees x5 OYO
Dive Bombers x15 OYO
Mosey around the North baseball field to the basketball court
The Beat Down:
All PAX partnered up for some B.O.M.B.S. and since there were odd numbers, YHC worked through it on his own (well everything but BBSU. I had to cut that # in half)
50 Burpees, 100 OHC, 150 merkins, 200 BBSU, and 250 squats
One partner ran around the parking lot and back while the other performed AMRAP of each exercise then they switched
Once all that was done, time was running short so we did a slow mosey back to shovel flag

Outlaws x10 to the right and x10 to the left OYO
Crab Cakes x10 IC
COT:
Count/Name-o-rama, prayer requests
Papa Smurf led us out in prayer
This one was a tough one. I felt it and all the PAX kept saying so. I’m sure #Merlot was only a few more exercises away for some of us. Good times as always. Cheers brothers!
