The Thang:

As I pulled into the AO with the gate wide open around 4:40  not a soul too be found; However I knew Sunshine and Kitten would be arriving at the other side of the bridge soon.  A quick stretch a little sip of the black coffee nectar and off in the darkness I went. Upon making the sharp turn heading towards the hulk I could make out a vehicle ahead. Yep Sunshine ready to play. Them Kitten pulling in hot. Off to the AO we went sharing stories of things to come.

  • 15 Burpees (2nd balloon broke)
  • Bear crawl
  • 10 Burpees (3Rd balloon broke)
  • Bear crawl
  • 10 Burpees (4th balloon broke)

Slow mosey to the picnic tables for pain stations for 1 minute AMRAP (I think my watch was stuck on 2 minutes by accident)

  1. Squats with the 5 gallon bucket of glue
  2. Wall Squat
  3. Dips

Move to the grassy field 1 Minute AMRAP

  • Hydraulic Squats
  • 20 Plank jacks IC

Back to the pain stations or another round

Move to the grassy patch again
