The Thang:

Weather-  RAIN RAIN RAIN RAIN RAIN.  It was not chilly, but it will not stop raining!

YHC has been getting over some sort of funk that the 2.0’s keep bringing home from school so i was not looking forward to working out in the rain/cold.  Luckily it was not that cold but instead of risking illness i took the boys to the parking deck.

The Thang:

Mosey to parking deck

WarmUP:

Good Mornings x 15

Tempo Squats x 15

Lunge Walk x 25M (Nice and SLow to Stretch out)

High Knees x 25M

Butt Kicks x 25M

Frankensteinx 25M

Side Lunge x 25M

Side Lunge X 25M Back

As i have expressed to the guys before, when i Q i plan on getting everyones heart rates up to near max and then level it out during the workouts so here is what i came up with…

Parking Deck Sprints:

PAX Sprint from Ground Floor to 1st Deck and Jog back to start.   Sprint to 2nd Deck and jog back to start… Rinse and Repeat up to 4th Deck and we held on 4.

11’s-  Big Boys and Squats.  Complete (1) Big Boy and run down to other end of parking deck complete (10) Squats, then (2) Big Boys and (9) Squats.  Rinse and Repeat always adding to 11 until finished.

Back to Ground.

Again PAX Sprint from Ground Floor to 1st Deck and Jog back to start.   Sprint to 2nd Deck and jog back to start… Rinse and Repeat up to 4th Deck and we held on 4.

5 minutes of Mary..  Flutter Kicks/Heels to Heaven/Reverse Crunches

Time.

Overall it was a greatworkout.  The 3 PAX handled it well.  I know most of the guys up here dont enjoy HITT, but they appreciate it later in the day as they feel great and their bloods pumping.
