Started with 22 reps, 21 reps, 20 reps, etc. to 1 going in a U shape (planking on 6 at Merkins to keep group together)

Big Boys, Carolina Dry Docks, Jump Squats, & Merkins – while running forward, backward, and karaoke in between sets.

10 Burpees OYO

Half of PAXs did SSH while other half did 6 Lunges & 6 Squats 6 times.  Then groups switched.  Repeated this again with PAX choice instead of SSH.
