Just plain ole dumb. Last night, there was a nice breeze and it was downright nice. Then this morning, it was almost 80 with 120% humidity. Ridiculous. But whatever.
For some reason on Tuesday, the Q spot was open for today. That’s weird for #Warthog as most of the days after today were filled. So, knowing that I was going to be DR for a week I decided to take it. I was wondering why it was open and figured it might have something to do with late night festivities on July 4th – which clearly was the case as many of our regulars were not present. Fireworks, America, maybe some adult beverages. Something caused a lot of #fartsacking! Anyhow, we had 8 strong men ready to work. Of course, when I wrote this #weinke earlier in the week, I had no idea that Hoser would completely destroy us on July 4th with 1,776 reps, and that every single part of my body would hurt. I was not alone in that thought as Billboard and Hoser both stated the same. Also, some guys did the Murph with its 100 pull-ups, but I wanted to do pull-ups so these were incorporated. So, yeah, everything that hurt everybody from yesterday was going to get more hurt today. O well. Overall, it was great for everyone to work hard and push themselves. Dreamliner is a complete beast and Bubbles was smoking everything – apparently his knees do bend!! All of the other men pushed very hard and worked hard!!! Snips has been non-stop since joining us on our 3 year anniversary. It’s great having Vladimir out there kicking butt. And Screamin’ Eagle was soaring high!!!!

Bear crawl to the 1st tree – 1 merkin
Continue Bear crawling to each of the next trees and increase your merkins – i.e., 2nd tree – 2 merkins; 3rd tree, 3 merkins, etc.

Each PAX would do an exercise, then swap out, then swap back for next exercise:
5 pull-ups
5 chin-ups
5 ranger pull-ups
5 toes to the bar
5 alternating knees up
Rinse and repeat rapid fire – no LBCs or planks – just go back and forth with the reps
