The Thang:

F3GrandStrand has launched the “Iron Flag“, a flag of commitment and accountability that each PAX can earn the right to sign.  To earn the right to put your name on the “Iron Flag”, you must post to 20 workouts in 30 days.  Being present is key to sharpening the Iron that is our brotherhood and to being sharpened by High Impact Men.

All official F3 workouts are included (boot camps, run groups, cycling groups, kettlebell workouts, DR workouts).

Additionally, up to 2x each week, you can “double down” with a pre- or post- workout of some sort (minimum 30 minutes).  You must tweet out an open invite to other men, there must be at least 2 PAX present, and there must be a backblast!  This is to allow men that are only able to post 3 times a week the opportunity to still be eligible!

Your 30 days can start any day beginning June 1st and go for 30 consecutive days.

Flag signings will be confirmed by PAX informing their AOQ of completion. This spreadsheet (created by OneCall, of course!) should be printed and then filled out to document your 20 posts and given to your AOQ or the 1stF Q. As PAX earn the right, flag signings will be scheduled and announced on Slack and Twitter.
