The Thang:

YHC attended a village workout on the previous day lead by Boxcar.  It was a burpee filled run to the beach and back with some legs at the beach.  Since that seemed so fun YHC decided to keep with his original plan and run to the beach again!

Conditions:60ish and perfect for a morning workout!

Mosey to the beach for an abbreviated DORA 50-Merkins, 100-Flutter kicks, 150-LBC.  Mosey back and stopped midway for 5 burpees OYO.  Mosey back to Village for some Q-pon work.  Colt 45s x 1 set, 30 overhead press OYO, 30 Curls OYO.
