The Thang:

Temp mid 30’s. So I’m sitting in my truck 5:17.  Is this going to be a total Fart-sack? Then Burgundy rolls in.  Cubbie right on his bumper. We’re in!! No designated Q so I rolled with it. Leave it to me to wing it.  I’ll try to recreate yesterday with this back blast.

20 SSH IC, 20 IW’s, 20 TTT IC, 20 Wind mills IC, 20 Hillbillies IC, 5 Burpees OYO, 15 LBAC’s, 15 OC’s, 15 LBAC’s reverse.

Mosey to Horseshoe at Ocn. Blvd.

11’s –  Grab some wall.  1 Dip – Run across parking lot and do 10 Merkins.  Run back and 2 dips then back across for 9 Merkins ect..

Non partner Dora.

50 Merkins – 10 at a time followed by a lap around parking lot until 50 are complete.

100 BB sit-ups – 20 at a time alternating with FK’s each time followed by lap until 100 are complete.

150 Squats – 25 at a time followed by lap until complete.

Time left for some Mary. This is where it gets blurry :-/

Finish strong with 10 Burpees.

Mosey back to AO.

Probably missing something but close enough.  Thanks to Burgundy and Cubbie for making it this morning.  Thought I was going to either hold Al Gore for 45 minutes or go home.

Cubbie prayed us out.
