Conditions: High 40’s with a chilly breeze.

I’m not gonna lie I was a little nervous about leading the Q today. One, it was only my second time and two, it was Veterans Day (I wanted to keep prospective)! I rolled up to Timeshare with Cubbie waiting! We waited for others then we realized it would just be the two of us, that just meant more work and sweat for each of us!

The THANG:

We did the “Murph” with a few modifications. We ran 2 blocks leading over to McClain Park and completed a 1 mile run. The “Murph” calls for 100 pull ups. We modified and did 10 pull ups, 40 WWII sit ups, and 50 LBCs.

I thought it was ironic that I wanted to make mention of the 22 soldiers who to commit suicide every day and our mileage ran was 2.22 miles and we finished at 7:22!
