The Thang:

Conditions: Upper 50’s low humidity.

Disclaimer given.  Started warmups and Burgundy (Mr. Nascar rolls in hot.)  He missed his favorite exercise (Imperial Walkers)

20 Through the Tunnel IC, 20 Good Mornings IC, 20 I Walkers IC, LBAC’s  15 forward, reverse, Air presses, O claps, Moroccan night clubs all IC. FYI I think Weasel is the only person I know that has actually been to a Moroccan night club.

Mosey to the Fountain at the park.

Round 1

We partnered up and alternated doing exercise and  running to a designated spot and back.

Merkins, CDD’s, Wide arm Merkins, Hand release Merkins.

After alternating and completing these we moved to an area near the Tennis courts. Same concept

Round 2

Squats, Sumo squats, Prisoner squats, Jump squats.  Mosey to playground area or (Yoga Mat)

Big boy sit-ups Flutter kicks, Crunches,  Heals to Heaven.

Mosey to ball field for some Pax choice.

One pax would call out an exercise and take off running around the perimeter of the ball field as rest of pax executed the called out exercise. Went as follows

Quicksand – Windmills

Cubby – Alternating Shoulder taps

Weasel – Balls to the Walls

Burgundy – Plank Jacks

Viagra – I Walkers

Mosey back to AO. Time!
