Warm up (side straddle hop, through the tunnel, imperial walker, hillbillies, little baby arm circles, reverse little baby arm circles, and cherry pickers)
Part 1
2 laps .5 miles/lap
1 lap (30 Merkins, 5 burpees, 30 squats, 5 burpees, 30 lunges, 5 burpees, 25 big boys, 5 burpees)
2 lap (same as above except items in reps of 30 reduced to 20)
Part 2
2 sets of 20 step ups, 20 dips, 20 sideways line jumps, and 30 second wall sits. 5 burpees at the end of the second set.
Part 3
1 minute of plank, 6 inches, low plank, side plank (30 sec each side), and 25 big boys
Finished the exercise at the flag pole with 10 burpees.

Great Q Brother! Pushed us hard. At least most of us who actually did full reps. Others, eh, not so much! But well thought out and well led!!!
