The Thang:

Weather: 60, cool, and calm.

As the pax of F3 Grandstrand slowly start to recover from an amazing weekend of rucking with all the good times that come with completing a GoRuck Tough event and from the fearless few who completed both the Tough and Light its time to get back under the ruck and get some miles in.

With the Start Course less than a month away, YHC saw this as a great opportunity to lead a recovery ruck. My plan was a 3 mile ruck and end with some light leg, core and back exercises. However the best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry. In lieu of exercises we decided to do a 5 mile ruck instead.

Good times were had of stores, experiences, and feelings  of the weekend were shared.

We returned to the AO for COT and BOM.

Announcements: Valvano is planning a 30 mile ruck on the either May 5/6. He is thinking of either starting at 8 or 10pm Friday night or 2 AM Saturday morning. If you are interested in joining please let him know what start time you would prefer.

Also if you are doing the star course and ordered a shirt and or patches from Valvano please get him your money ASAP.
